We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 20th June 2026 at 8:45 am After three successful years, we are running our fourth Mixed Doubles open tournament, open to members, other clubs and anyone who would like to play. We also have courtside tickets available for locals and visitors to watch the finals which feature the best tennis in the Cotswolds!   This year we have food cooked by professional chef Paul Holmes, home baked goodies for afternoon tea, a prize draw with fantastic prizes from local brands, a licensed bar throughout the afternoon and music after the finals in the early evening. Please arrive at 8:45 am at your morning round location (note that this may not be the Moreton location) to check-in with one of our tournament volunteers. For the morning round, pairs will be placed into groups. Each morning group will play a round robin round at one of the following locations: Moreton-in-Marsh Tennis Club, private courts in Evenlode or Chipping Campden Tennis Club. Once ticket sales close and we have assigned players to groups we will notify each player of where their morning round will be played to ensure transport is possible. Directions for Evenlode and Chipping Campden court locations will be sent to players once assigned to groups. After completing the morning round, all players are to return to Moreton-in-Marsh Tennis Club for lunch.   Please note: Lunches will not be available for purchase on the day, any players who bought player-only tournament tickets should bring their own packed lunches to the tournament. If you are not sure which ticket type you purchased, please check your confirmation email or contact the tournament organisers.

Tea, coffee, squash, and water will be available throughout the day. Afternoon tea will be served mid-afternoon with home-baked cakes, cookies, brownies and other delicious goodies. The licensed pay bar will have a selection of beer, wine, prosecco, pre-mixed cocktails, soft drinks and ice cream. Please bring a credit/debit card to purchase any bar items on the day.

The prize draw will be drawn during the afternoon. Tickets will be £10.00 are available as an option within the ticket checkout. Tickets will also be availble on the day. Please bring a credit/debit card to purchase any on the day.

We hope the weather will be stable for the whole day. We will look at the two day forecast prior to event before making a decision to postpone or cancel.
